10 Funniest Bill Watterson Comics That Are NOT ‘Calvin And Hobbes’

Before he became the famous cartoonist of “Calvin and Hobbes,” Bill Waterson drew editorial cartoons for his college paper, and later on, for “The Cincinnati Post.”  It’s hard to imagine Watterson drawing anything without a philosophizing, Spaceman Spiff-ing little boy and his talking stuffed animalIt’s kind of like looking at yearbook photos of your mom and dad: funny and just a little bit awkward.  So in honor of the much talked-about new Bill Watterson biography, here are 10 still-hilarious Watterson comics from the late 70s to the mid 80s that do not feature Calvin or Hobbes.
