When you think of Christopher Mintz-Plasse, aka McLovin from “Superbad,” the words that no doubt come to mind are “on-screen badass.” Surely his role as a LARPing nerd in “Role Models” cemented his tough guy persona. Just in case you weren’t completely sold on his action cred, Christopher takes on the role of crooked Detective Alonzo Harris in this viral video which is a “Training Day” remake. Common co-stars as Jake Hoyt.
Actually, we wouldn’t mind seeing all of Denzel Washington’s movies get remade with McLovin as the star. Think how great “The Hurricane” or “Crimson Tide” would be remade. For “Malcolm X” they could take McLovin’s head and animate it over Denzel Washington’s face. Brilliant! We would definitely watch that online!
