If you want the worst aspects of being a professional artist and a professional programmer in one job, look no further than the world of Web Design. At least, that’s what I’m gleaning from this funny, sarcastic webcomic: it’s the UI for a super-awesome, magical iPhone app that makes understanding what web design clients want a breeze. I bet payment is great on a project that’s “cash neutral.”
I could be wrong, but I imagine the web designer’s job is kind of thankless. If you’ve done your job right, users will just be able to find the content they want and not notice all your hard work. However, if you’ve done your job wrong, people are like, “This site’s design sucks.” Although, we bet it beats being unemployed!
