In Iran, Twittering is an important tool for protesters, to make their voices heard. In America, it’s apparently just for idiots.
I love this sign warning people “DO NOT USE TWITTER” in case of an emergency. While most people know to exit the building, there are others on their Blackberries Twittering, “OMG fire burning my legs.” By the time they finish Tweeting, natural selection has run its course.
