Via TechCrunch, we learned that Facebook has shut down the “Whopper Sacrifice” app we told you about in a previous post.
Apparently, too many friends were being deleted in exchange from free burgers, and Facebook didn’t like it.
We see their point. What does it say about us as a society, if we freely trade genuine friendship for a measly lard-and-corn-syrup burgers with fake grill marks?
